- Software for
"Identification of regulatory motifs using a feature selection
method (Keles et
al. 2002)": This
method is implemented
mainly in C (some features use R and Perl) for unix platforms and
uses subroutines from NAG libraries. If you have access to NAG
libraries in your unix system , you can obtain a copy of the source
code
by emailing me.
- Software for Generalized Dabrowska's
estimator (Keles et
al. 2002): This generalized estimator is
implemented in C and a version that uses frailty models for
censoring mechanism is available. The current version requires as input
estimates of censoring probabilities at various time points. Please
email me to obtain a
copy of the source code.
